ample space beautiful rooms fantastic restaurants
The rooms offered ample space and beautiful appointments. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and views overlooking the swimming pools and golf course. Restaurant facilities were fantastic. The staff were very obliging. They addressed all my requests with a smile and efficiency.

extensive choices helpful staff
the breakfast at green house was extensive with many choices i enjoyed the convenience of the complimentary shuttle to the shopping center i found this useful. the staff resolved my queries quickly i appreciated that. i liked how clean the hotel was and included everything i needed.

the hotel has an excellent gym equipped with modern equipment i saw many guests using it. the outdoor pool featured jacuzzi areas i noticed they were popular among guests, providing relaxation options.

the hotel provides a free shuttle service to local tourist locations this was very convenient. the breakfast service included an omelette station with a chef preparing fresh omelettes, but it lacked clear communication about customization.

damage deposit mini bar
The gym had good facilities, including free parking.
My biggest issue was the damage deposit. They took $150 per night out of my account even though the room was totally paid. I was told it would take 7-14 days to get it back. This seemed extreme especially as there was nothing in the mini bar, aBSOLUTELY infuriating.
