the breakfast at green house was extensive with many choices i enjoyed the convenience of the complimentary shuttle to the shopping center i found this useful. the staff resolved my queries quickly i appreciated that. i liked how clean the hotel was and included everything i needed.
the front desk staff was not cute upon arrival check in process was slow. i noticed an unpleasant smell in my room i asked housekeeping to address it.

the hotel has an excellent gym equipped with modern equipment i saw many guests using it. the outdoor pool featured jacuzzi areas i noticed they were popular among guests, providing relaxation options.

the hotel provides a free shuttle service to local tourist locations this was very convenient. the breakfast service included an omelette station with a chef preparing fresh omelettes, but it lacked clear communication about customization.

The gym had good facilities, including free parking.
My biggest issue was the damage deposit. They took $150 per night out of my account even though the room was totally paid. I was told it would take 7-14 days to get it back. This seemed extreme especially as there was nothing in the mini bar, aBSOLUTELY infuriating.

one housekeeper, hoong, ensured i used the slippers. she also changed floor mats regularly. i asked for an Ă la carte menu for my picky kids one night. they didn't normally offer it but really accommodated us. it meant a lot.

the greenhouse staff was efficient during breakfast. one chinese lady with glasses helped guests and cleared plates quickly. the buffet was amazing!!! the nutella was really appreciated, and there were lots of options.

the hotel's location is near the airport. it made getting to my flight very easy. i saw planes departing from the pool area, which was interesting. the lush golf course added to the view.
